# HTML page with store request of gizmos from advanced testing - carry over. - DONE just needs to be populated. Leah COMMITS to showing the HTML request page to everyone, and to getting it populated.

# Extending Warranty, dropping prices.  Battery testing causes lots of problems, seems to be the main reason that things are exchanged.  Even if we refine this we won't be able to guarantee them ever.  Also we don't have exact statistics.  We should revisit this topic when we get better long term details.  Maybe we should just drop prices for now.  Looks have a big effect on how much people will pay for things.  PROPOSAL - We could lower the impact specs have on the price, and raise the impact looks have.  Price up for big slogans like Intel dual core, or core 2 duo. APPROVED - Paco COMMITS to looking at the pricing sheet and changing it.

# Holiday sale - PROPOSAL - We want to extend warranties for any system bought in December so that they start on Jan 1st.  APPROVED

# Hard drive pricing - It seems like there are lots of deals happening where large capacity hard drives are selling for cheap.  We should probably re-evaluate how we price them  - #Michael COMMITS to looking at pricing on hard drives.

# Sales team purpose. - What did we think about the meeting last week? It seems a good idea to keep in communication with online sales about stuff we may receive that should go over there or vice versa. We want to be able to exchange reports about how much we're making.  Also these meetings are a good opportunity for requests for changes in the stream. We want to keep it simple and concise - each area can figure out what to do with requests on their own.  Attendees should be the regular store working group people plus online sales.  In order get info about advanced testing stuff we should all be added to the mailing list. Sergio commits to adding us to the AT list.  We all need to email him from the addresses we want added on.
