No more year stuff?

As long as we have enough CD drives available, it's probably OK to simplify and leave out the year check. But we do risk tossing some nice unmarked CD drives. We should keep an eye on this. I had a couple of idle eval 2 folks sort through a hefty pile and 1999 was the year that seemed to divide 40X and up from under 40X drives.

Adding pictures

I'm trying to find pictures to replace those of the card connectors, here is the one Wikipedia uses for regular CD-ROMs ...

... Wikipedia doesn't have a picture of the outside of a DVD-ROM, but this site has several, with links to where they got them ...

... although there are several different styles of CD-RWs and the logo can be in very small print.
