FREE GEEK THRIFT STORE
The FREE GEEK thrift store has a selection of new-to-you computers and computer parts, peripherals, stereo and A/V equipment. In addition to helping keep electronic waste out of landfills, the Thrift Store gives a cost-conscious person an opportunity to save money a variety of technology. You can feel good buying your eGidgets at our store knowing that 100% of proceeds go towards our operational expenses and expanding our community education programs. For the geek in your life we now have stickers, t-shirts, and gift certificates. We routinely have computers from $65-$250 and laptops ranging from $80-$350, depending on newness. All systems come preinstalled and tested with Ubuntu Linux. Please note that we do not hold goods, so visit early and often for the best selection. At this time we accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
Our thrift store is on the south end of our facility at 1731 SE 10th Avenue in Portland. We are located 3 blocks south of Hawthorne on SE 10th Ave. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, 11-7 pm.
