What if we edit our shelves so that we have 3 groups of laptops:

1. Incoming/In Progress
2. Problems
3. Waiting required

We could group the eval/build/qc process together and subtract the processes that require a lot of waiting. The processes that require a lot of waiting can be grouped together and put at the end. Volunteers could start a few "Waiting required" boxes at the beginning of the shift and then work on other things. This might make things more efficient. Who knows.
