Pickups

• Coordinators: whoever needs stuff picked up (Oso, Zea/Lori)
• Short description: drive around picking up tables, silent auction stuff, food, etc.

Set-up

• Coordinator: Oso
• Short description: Put up tents, tables, chairs, stage, move stuff, make it all pretty

Info Booth

• Coordinator: Shawn
• Short description: point bands and booths to right place, answer questions, sell raffle tickets, be nice
