On consensus: From the bylaws of some gang of Lutherans: "The model of operation for an Assembly shall be consensus; however, in the event consensus cannot be attained, a vote of the Assembly shall be taken. Consensus shall be construed as a unanimous vote for the purposes of this Constitution and By-Laws."
