What to do when officers change

When the board elects new officers or appoints a registered agent, Free Geek may need to change the information listed with the state of Oregon. The same may be true when an officer changes addresses.

Current information is listed with the Oregon Business Registry.

  • To change the president or secretary print out a form 139 (ammendment to annual report), fill it out, get it signed by the registered agent, and send it in.
  • To change the registered agent print out a form 131 (change of regitered agent/address), fill it out, get it signed by the president, and send it in.
