Q. When doing the math, does the wording "10% of the number of hours paid for in a month are paid to substitutes" only include substitutes or is it substitutes + "Other regular non-collective workers"? I beleave the intention was suposed to be S + ORN-CW, as its how I have sean the math being done. --Matteo 13:27, 25 March 2007 (PDT)
