How to print and fold Free Geek Brochures

Instructions on Printing Brochures

This may seem like a simple task, and it is once you know how, but it can be frustrating without knowing a few tips.

1. Go to "File" and "Print"
2. Got to "Properties"
3. Under the Duplex options scroll down to "Short Edge (Flip)" (this will keep the pages facing the same way)
4. check "collate" box
5. Print away!

Instructions on Folding Brochures

The folding machine is in the office supplies room on the work table.

1. Make sure the machine is turned on.
2. Place a stack of the brochures (about 10-15) in the feed with the "Free Geek Mission" side going in first.
3. Hit the "jog" button to get them set.
4. Hit the "start" button and watch em fly into neatly folded brochures!
