TASK LIST
before Friday
- get the volunteer awards ready
- get charcoal
- food shopping

Friday daytime
- get ice, put keg on ice
- grill prep
- food prep (cut onions & tomatoes, wash lettuce, tray 'em up)
- set-up
- bring these outside: tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, garbage & recycling cans, water cooler, & cups
during the BBQ
- serving ice cream - Ian
- present Volunteer Rewards - Dave (Build Teachers)
- grilling (needs multiple people)- Laurel + MK
afterwards
- cleanup
- move tables & chairs back inside, pick up any leftover garbage, etc.
