Probationary Review

These questions are used for every staff review at Free Geek. Specifically, they're used in the form the Staff Review Panel creates for the reviewee. The panel should probably use the beginning blurb as well as all the questions.


The following are basic questions that will be in any review. Some of them might be redundant due to questions in the reviewee-specific section, but please answer anyway. There's also a section for positive and "room for improvement" comments on these items at the bottom. Please fill out those sections, too.

1 = never/poor
3 = about half the time/so-so
5 = all the time/absolutely wonderful

Arrives on time or calls if going to be late: 1 2 3 4 5
