We'll need to add these things on this page (or somewhere else closely related):
- Monthly union report
- Create a report of all bargaining unit members, showing:
- Name
- Home address
- social security number, and
- the term of employment*
- Determine unremitted amount of union dues collected and remit a check for that amount with the report to:
- put CWA contact info here
* I believe this refers to the hire date and the expected end of their employment (specific or approximate date they are expected to work until) [1]
- Retirement (Simple IRA) (probably easiest to do per pay period)
- Determine unremitted amount of retirement contributions collected.
- For each person contributing,
- determine 3% of their gross pay
- determine amount contributed
- Free Geek's match is the smaller of those two numbers
- Add these numbers to the total employee contribution and remit a check for the total amount with the report to:
