Stroganoff - "Beef?"

Beef Stroganoff

Anytime "beef" is mentioned tofu, tempeh, satan, or any faux meat can be/should be used.

   * 1lb. beef cubes (again substitute soy product/faux meat of your choice)
   * 1 small onion, diced
   * 1/4 cup margarine
   * 1/4 tsp. pepper
   * 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
   * 1 can cream mushroom soup
   * 1lb. noodles or rice
   * 1 cup sour cream

In skillet cook & stir beef & onions in butter until meat is brown stir in garlic & pepper cook 5 minutes stirring constantly stir in soup and reduce heat simmer 10 min Stir in sour cream serve over rice or noodles.
