Fire Inspection Checklist
General Work Areas
- Isles must have a clearance of 42 inches across
- No daisy chaining of electrical power strips
- hole in walls and ceilings must be patched
Power Panel Locations
- All power panels must be kept clear and accessable minimum of 48 inches clearance around them.
Fire Exits
- Fire exits must be lit with a clearly defined lighted exit sign with battery backup. These units are powered from house power and should stay on at all times.
Fire extinguishers
- These must be checked annually. The tags must reflect an inspection has been performed in the calendar year.

UNIT ONE [Warehouse]
- Located in the Warehouse, next to the door from Advanced Testing.
- Thermostat is manual, on west side of a pillar, near the front, obscured by shelving.
- Day & Night Co. Model 394GAW060175
- Gas Unit with no Air Conditioning. Gas line runs through Black Hole, then along back wall through Eval, Build,
- Back Stage, and out near rollup door. Facing meters, it is the one on the right.
- Gas valves are located at the unit and at the meter.
- Electrical switch is at the unit. Electical is fed from ?
UNIT TWO [Receiving]
- Located in the attic space above Receiving, with air conditioning condenser on roof.
- Thermostat is programable, on west wall of Receiving.
- Electric Furnace, fed from?
- Currently disabled, pending attic area remodel. ( noted 10/15/06)
UNIT THREE [Evaluation]
- Located on ceiling above Eval.
- Electric furnace, fed from panel on north wall of eval.

- Thermostat Programable, located on East wall of Eval II.
UNIT FOUR [Store]
- Located above bathroom in Admin/Lab area.
- Gas? Has air conditioning.
- Thermostat programable, located on north wall of Thrift Store.
UNIT FIVE [Admin/Lab]
- On roof above Lab.
- Serves all of space from Reception to Build.
- Gas unit with air conditioning.
- Gas runs accross roof, shut offs at unit and meter.
- Meter at south rollup door, is second to left,facing meters, same meter feeds other units. (will document which units later).
- Thermostat is programable, located on south wall of Lab.
UNIT SIX [Classroom]
- On roof above Store
- Gas unit with air conditioning
- Gas shut off's at roof unit, and at south rollup door,meter second to left, facing meters, shared by other units (to be documented later).
- Thermostat programable, located on north wall of the classroom near the door to Lab.

- Located in Art Studio above Meeting Room.
