Hardware Donations Volunteer Internship

Job Title: Hardware Donations Volunteer Intern Hours Weekly: At least 3 hours/week Days Per Week: At least 1 day/week Length of Internship: Minimum 3 months Training: Orientation and Training Provided Free Geek Supervisor: Ali, Volunteer Coordinator

Responsibilities

Assist hardware donors
Identify, triage, and process incoming hardware
Teach new volunteers to process incoming hardware

Desired Qualifications

Self-starter/proactive

   * Able to work with a diversity of people
   * Able to regularly lift 25 lbs.

In addition:

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under stress and maintain a positive attitude in a relatively chaotic setting. The candidate will not be afraid to ask questions, but will be able to work on projects with minimal supervision. The candidate will be able to remain flexible as Free Geek grows and changes.
