This page can be used for planning future "Core BBQ's" (yum!). This is a way for Free Geek staff to show our deep appreciation for all that our volunteers do for the Free Geek community, the environment and our world.

before Friday

• get the volunteer awards ready - Ali

Friday daytime

• get ice, put keg on ice - ALI
• grill prep
• food prep (cut onions & tomatoes, wash lettuce, tray 'em up)
• set-up

• bring these outside: tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, garbage & recycling cans, water cooler, & cups

during the BBQ

• serving ice cream - Ian
• present Volunteer Rewards - Dave (Build Teachers) & Jeff (everything else)
• grilling (needs multiple people)- Laurel + MK

afterwards

• cleanup

• move tables & chairs back inside, pick up any leftover garbage, etc.
