This page can be used for planning future "Core BBQ's" (yum!). This is a way for Free Geek staff to show our deep appreciation for all that our volunteers do for the Free Geek community, the environment and our world.
FOOD

TASK LIST
before Friday
- get the volunteer awards ready - Ali

Friday daytime
- get ice, put keg on ice - ALI
- grill prep
- food prep (cut onions & tomatoes, wash lettuce, tray 'em up)
- set-up
- bring these outside: tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, garbage & recycling cans, water cooler, & cups
during the BBQ
- serving ice cream - Ian
- present Volunteer Rewards - Dave (Build Teachers) & Jeff (everything else)
- grilling (needs multiple people)- Laurel + MK
afterwards
- cleanup
- move tables & chairs back inside, pick up any leftover garbage, etc.
