This time line was started as a brain storm at the June Priorities meeting

Start
  • Add propagation hours
  • Hire Prebuild intern
End of summer
  • Add a second Store Coordinator
  • Remove Store inturnship
  • Redistribute hours creating better staff coverage in receiving. (AKA responsible recieving)

Apr 1 or Jul 1
Move into new building (end of lease)
