Explain the lesson boxes and other resources and how to go at your own pace. Mention that the Hardware area is always available for review and everyone comes here to refresh or update their knowledge, so volunteers don't have to remember everything.

Ask questions, request repeats or further description if you didn't get it and give feed back.

Any instructor can check you out if you already know the basics of a lesson. Give volunteers the names of the instructors on duty.
