I propose the following limitations on borrowing from the CGL: -Limit of 4 games at a time -Limit of 1 console at a time -Limit of 1 month per borrow -Group approval or no borrowing of rare items (ie consoles things we only have one of) -Backup Copies should be used when possible (not original CDs) -Log all activity in RT and/or have a seperate borrow book exclusive to CGL
