Mid-Probationary Review

xxx has now been at Free Geek for 3 months - congratulations to xxx! At this point in the review process, the Collective assists xxx in becoming a better Collective member by reviewing him/her. This mid-probationary review serves to:

• Help probationary Collective members align themselves with the expectations that are placed on them,
• Assist probationary Collective members to achieve the self- and group-given goals for their positions,
• Give a forum for feedback on probationary Collective members, and
• Provide a heads-up regarding any issues that may complicate the probationary Collective member's entry into the Collective at the conclusion of the Probationary Period.
