Changes in Wording

- Appropriately uses the standard tools Free Geek has available to do her/his job. (These tools might include email lists, RT, the wiki, bulletin boards, etc.)

- A committed is expected to appropriately use the wiki, RT, and email for documentation purposes and general communication. A committed is also expected to have a solid grasp of basic computer knowledge, including web browsers, email, spreadsheets, and word processors. (NOTE: A version of the second sentence is in the collective level expectations doc, listed apart from the first sentence.)

- Must set goals, have a job description and participate in a peer review process.

- Must set goals, have a job description and be subject to regular reviews by the Staff Collective.
