More Serious Classes (PPS)

This comes from the brainstorm of May 2009, as extrapolated by Martin & laurel1. The "serious" was not well-defined. We take it to mean more job-skillsy and higher-level classes, which the OpenOffice and SuperAdopter classes might fit under. That is, this may be completed.
