  1. Other gizmo testing: (digital cameras, pdas, external optical drives,

etc) it seems that there has been a high failure rate in tested gizmos recently. Suggested that there should be a return box for these items. Would advise that customer return labels be attached to each returned ite= m to more easily troubleshoot. As of this time, it is unclear what the parameters for gizmo testing are. Advised that there be some guidance and monitoring on data wiping for said devices. Primary issue is creating a system for testing special devices in the long term.

  1. Report on cell phone sales to our new recycling vendor Wireless

Alliance: there is currently no one to test phones. Suggested that all fancy phones (Blackberry etc.) be sent to online sales to be sold as is.

  1. Sampling Ram & CPU sales on eBay and in the store: Deciding what to do

with various pieces of online sales items that we have a surplus of. Discussion on range of prices for CPUs and RAM based on previous sales as well as criteria to price especially valuable scraptops. Suggested that w= e sell processors no slower than 2.4 or 2.5 Ghz. Suggested that we no longe= r supply 128Mb of RAM sticks.

  1. HTML page with store request of gizmos from advanced testing - carry o=

ver.

  1. KILLED - We got a best of Portland Award!
  1. What should we do in Sales Committee meetings? Some of us are new to

this: Talk about that in the halls unless we have time for it next week.

  1. Adding a Scraptop-As-Is (Mac) category to sales as per Michael W's

email: Sergio will e-mail technocrats.
