The purpose of this page is to provide feedback to the Thrift Store on potentially preventable returns and how to prevent them in the future.

Issues

Problem: Laptop returned because it was not able to connect to wifi

Assessment: QC sheet states external wifi. External wifi card not present with returned laptop

Possible Solution: Make sure that external wifi is still with laptop when it is sold

Problem: Laptop is returned because it was not able to connect to wifi

Assessment: Physical switch is in the off position

Possible Solution: Look for physical switch and make sure that it in the on position
