Introduction

We've agreed to set up an Online Sales Task Force composed of TBD. This group will brainstorm ways to increase Online Sales income, do research on possible high-income items, and figure out ways to get more from more hands on O-Sales. Michael M., Elizabeth S., Tony, Ian, Santiago, Paco (maybe) are interested.

Discussion Items

  1. What should the scope of this group be?
  2. Who's in it
  3. How often does it meet
  4. Should we assign some item value research homework?
  5. Do we want to run some test sales with Santiago?
  6. Should we start an email list or two?
  7. Where should we do all this? Should we propose a space-use plan?
