Before completing any sale of a Laptop or Desktop system, make SURE that the customer understands the following things:

1. Make sure the customer knows that LINUX is installed on the system. (And ensure that they know the limitations/benefits of the OS)

2. Explain our Return Policy (Store Credit, Exchange, & Restocking Fees)

3. Let them know what kind of Tech Support is available and its location & hours

4. Password = freegeek

5. Ask if they have a plan for connecting to the internet
