Module on Hardware: Electrical / Power / Heat
This should entail only the *bare necessities* for operating a computer:
- physical care - heat=bad, liquid=bad
- grounded surge protector = good, etc. (is this really "necessary"?)
- howto poweron
- howto tell if it's on or off (lights, fans, indicators -- signs that it's running)
More advanced: BIOS beep codes, etc Check the CDROM drive tray -- see if it ejects when you press the button
