Meeting reorganization

I surveyed existing staff members (not just staff collective) and asked which meetings they attend and how often those groups should meet. The aim is to reduce the overall number of meetings to the minimum necessary to make those meetings work better. This is the report back from that survey. C7 will talk about re-vamping the meeting schedule to avoid redundant or inefficient meetings.
