  • Bulk sales to individuals
  • Local online sales
  • Long-distance online sales

Considerations

  • Selling gizmos cheaper to 3rd-party sellers vs. selling it for more ourselves
  • BAN limitations

Phase 1

  1. Form Online Sales working group. Done: Online Sales Action Command
  2. Do Online Sales Market Research Project
  3. Figure out our limitations within BAN.
  4. Figure out what goes where.
  5. Propose work space changes if needed.
  6. Propose shift/hours changes if needed.
