Measuring Success

• How can the success of the program be measured?

From a financial standpoint, Online Sales should be able to pay for three full-time staff positions per month with the combined revenue of eBay, Craigslist, and in-house sales. As a volunteer program, Online Sales should teach volunteers everything they need to know to for creating online auctions at home using their own Freekboxen. This includes editing digital images, basic HTML editing, and eBay/PayPal account management.

• For most income generating positions, the costs initially outweigh the benefits. If this is an income generating program, how long until it is expected to break even?

The Online Sales program has alway been able to pay for at least the Online Sales Coordinator's position.
