After an application has been accepted:
- Send them an official notice of such
- Inviteing their members to join the franchise mailing list
- letting them know how we organise our selves
- Web updates
- add/ajust them to the Free Geek Startups page
- Get a sysop to put a link on this wiki's Main Page
- Send out "please up date your pages" other Free Geek Web admins
- Check the wikipedia Free Geek entry for any changes
