Intro

This page is an online representation of a legal docuement. Since it is on the wiki and subject to edits, it is not the official legal document. However it has been protected from casual edits, and should reflect the actual physical document. It is here for convenience.

Free Geek used a standard form for its articles of incorporation and attached a short page of optional provisions. The following is a hand entered copy and may contain errors and ommissions. It also contains some known grammatical errors found on the physical document, a certificate from the State of Oregon, Office of the Secretary of State, Corporation Division, and dated January 1, 2005.
