This is a working draft for the perpetual part of the board's agenda calendar, to be maintained by the [[Board Chair]]. Integrate [[Topics for future agendas]] in developing an actual calendar. Board may wish to set a goal of adopting an outline calendar for a year in advance for its main business (high-level decisionmaking and planning), while leaving room in individual agendas for more reactive business.

This is a draft of a new or in-progress document, and is likely to have a few people specifically working on it. You may wish to check in on the discussion page to see what the purpose of the document is and who's working on it; then feel free to give this article love and attention if have extra of those things.

This may not be the ideal place for this; i am working on a spreadsheet form for this document. The idea is to include repeating items and plan on other items so that they can be prepared for, and so that we can be more than reactive.
