CBM is short for Copper Bearing Material. There should always be a gaylord designated for CBM.
Stuff that should go in CBM
- speakers
- clipped mice that have been tested as not functional
- telephones
- electronic miscellaneous
- clipped powersupplies
- motors and drives
- VCRs, stereos
Stuff that should not go in CBM (even though it might have copper in it)
- keyboards
- scanners (they have a separate gaylord)
- hard drives (those that have been smashed go in the motors bin)
- wire
- wood housing of speakers
