This was proposed in December 2004 and approved by Council in January 2005:
When we review commitments - if an item is not completed or in progress, the person responsible should say if
- they need help (ask for a volunteer to share the commitment)
- the task should be reassigned (ask for a volunteer)
- the task should be dropped (ask council for approval; council may deny)
