As a starting place, here are the goals we adopted in 4/16 staff meeting:

• Identify what needs to be done
• Determine thresholds for accepting the version (how stable is good enough for us, and who decides it's time?)
• Share lessons learned from last update
• Spot potential charlie-foxtrots early
• Send reps back to areas with clearer idea of what needs to happen, when
• Begin documenting progress for benefit of future Free Geek
