Wording on the DEQs website: "Anyone can bring seven or fewer computers (desktops and laptops), monitors and TVs at a time to participating Oregon E-Cycles collection sites for free recycling. Please note that computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, etc.) and other types of electronics are not included in this program."
