Dell's Online Manual Repository - Just select "Model" then "Laptops" then the specific model. Choose the Service Manual for specific instructions on disassembly and service.
Another source of repair information on Dell products.
Toshiba
A laundry list of Toshiba models. - Note : Each guide is not necessarily complete!
