Much Before August 23rd

  • Prepare Info Booth materials (stickers, brochures, etc.)
  • Create signs - Julie Uthe has created many signs

Day Before (August 22nd)

  • Street signs covered by "no parking tomorrow" bags
  • Empty out meeting room, vacuum, & position bar
  • General cleanup
  • Pathway to bathroom
  • Clear out classroom for LAN party
  • Put all Info Booth items in one place
  • Prep food for bar (i.e. cut cheese, make platters, etc.)
