Pickups

• Coordinators: whoever needs stuff picked up (Oso, Zea/Lori)
• Short description: drive around picking up tables, silent auction stuff, food, etc.

Set-up

• Short description: Put up tents, tables, chairs, stage, move stuff, make it all pretty

• Short description: point bands and booths to right places/people, answer questions, sell raffle tickets, be nice

ID Check

• Short description: sit next to the bar and check the IDs of people wanting beer

Bar Staff

Silent Auction

• Short description: set up silent auction tables, watch over 'em, answer questions as needed
