Pickups

• Coordinators: whoever needs stuff picked up (Oso)
• Short description: drive around picking up tables, silent auction stuff, food, tents, stereo, etc.

Set-up

• Short description: Put up tents, tables, chairs, stage, move stuff, make it all pretty

Info Booth

• Coordinator: Shawn
• Short description: point bands and booths to right places/people, answer questions, sell raffle tickets, be nice

• Special note: people who staff the info booth should be core volunteers and/or somehow involved in the coordination of Geek Fair.

Hourly Tours

• Coordinator: Sophia
• Short description: Give the standard Free Geek tour.

Beer Garden Servers

• Coordinator: Jeff-eh or Shawn
• Short description: help set up, serve the beer, but not to drunk people.

  • 5-7:30 (2 volunteers)
• Special note: these servers are hopefully OLCC permitted, and if not, they're not afraid of being tough.

ID Checkers

• Coordinator Jeff-eh or Shawn?
• Short description: help set up, sit at the entrance to the beer garden and check the IDs of people wanting beer,keep people from leaving the beer garden with alcohol. Be tough!

Bar Staff/Drunkard Regulators

• Short description: help set up, keep people from leaving the bar room with alcohol, tell people they need to chill out if they get too rowdy. Be tough!

Kids' Activities
