Much Before August 23rd

  • prepare Info Booth materials (stickers, brochures, etc.)
  • create signs

Day Before (August 22nd)

  • street signs covered by "no parking tomorrow" bags
  • empty out meeting room, vacuum, & position bar
  • general cleanup
  • pathway to bathroom
  • clear out classroom for LAN party
  • put all Info Booth items in one place
  • prep food for bar (i.e. cut cheese, make platters, etc.)

Set-up

  • Set-up consists of constructing tents under the supervision of a staff member, moving tables and chairs, and more. This is a heavy lifting job.
