Geek Fair Volunteers

Pickups

• Coordinators: whoever needs stuff picked up (Oso, Zea/Lori)
• Short description: drive around picking up tables, silent auction stuff, food, etc.
• Shifts (July 15)

Set-up

• Coordinator: Oso
• Short description: Put up tents, tables, chairs, stage, move stuff, make it all pretty
• Shifts (July 16)

Info Booth

• Coordinator: Shawn
• Short description: point bands and booths to right places/people, answer questions, sell raffle tickets, be nice
• Shifts (July 16)
  • 12-3 (setup and staffing - 2 volunteers)
  • 3-6 (2 volunteers)
  • 6-9 (staff/teardown - 2 volunteers)
• Special note: people who staff the info booth should be core volunteers and/or somehow involved in the coordination of Geek Fair.

Kids' Activities

• Coordinator: Pam
• Short description: set up kids' area and entertain rugrats throughout the day!

Silent Auction

• Coordinators: Zea and Lori
• Short description: set up silent auction tables, watch over 'em, answer questions as needed

• Special note: silent auction end at 5?? It shouldn't go until 7.

Smashtacular

• Coordinator: Jeff
• Short description: help run the Smashtacular station

Happy Bee
