We recycle some glass, but what we do with it depends:

  1. Glass jars and such are separated and put in a special recycle bin, which is probably in the kitchen.
  2. Scanner glass is put into the scanner recycling gaylord, either with the entire scanner section if possible, or by itself if section removal is not possible. This is not to be done by unauthorized volunteers.
  3. Glass in printers that is not a part of a scanning device, mirrors and the like, are left in the printer when they go to the printer scrap gaylord.
