This page is intended to direct you to the page that is best for the big tour you are trying to schedule. Just follow the link whose description best fits what you need. Be sure to get the following info:
- contact name & phone number
- number in group
- age range of group
- time period (arrival & end time)
- date they want
- earning hours? or just here for the experience?
Be sure they include this information in any emails
Tour only, no volunteering
If a group wants to TOUR ONLY, list them on the Large tours wiki with the details requested and Inreach will make the tour happen during normal times or by appt.
Tour and volunteer once
If a group want to TOUR & VOLUNTEER ONCE (like OMSI kids), have the group leader send an email to info at freegeek dot org to ensure they are listed on the Group volunteering wiki page. This way they are on the Recycling staff's radar, since it affects their area.
Ongoing group volunteering
If a group wants to do ONGOING GROUP VOLUNTEERING (like Marshall teens), have the group leader send an email to info at freegeek dot org to ensure they show up on the Group volunteering wiki page, again so recycling staff is aware.
