October, 2006

• 11 Oso announces resignation (30 days notice)
• 17 Begin Office Coordinator hiring process
• 13 At staff meeting Oso says at least two weeks (so last day would probably be between Oct 27 and Nov 10)
• 13 At staff meeting, Sophia's internship extended to January 27 (if she wants)
• 13 At staff meeting, Jeff converted to collective, effective immediately
• 27 Oso's last day (officially)

November, 2006

• 7 -- Sophia's nine month anniversary (for a nine month internship)
• 11? -- Deadline for Office Coordinator resumes?
• 14-16 -- Interviews for Office Coordinator
• 17 -- decide on Office Coordinator
• 23-25 -- closed for Thanksgiving (no staff meeting 11/24)

Winter, 2006/2007

December, 2006

• 1 Target start date for Office Coordinator
• 1 Jeff goes to full time (35 hours per week)
• 3 Kathie's 1 month vacation begins
• Prepare for Winter Staff Reviews
