Enrollment
Kaiser guidelines: Employees are eligible for the health plan if they work at least 17.5 hours/week on a regular basis, and are permanent workers.
At Free Geek, Collective members are eligible for health insurance the first day of the month they are hired.
Permanent staff members are eligible for health insurance after they have passed a 6-month probationary review.
Temporary workers are not eligible for Free Geek's health insurance plan.
