Projects not Commitments
Commitments get lost, dropped, misinterpreted, etc.
Committees will create projects before creating commits. There will be a lead person for every project, this person gets all "commits" associated to the project. They should ask for help on the various parts of the project, creating commits that any one can take on.
This will help us sort out what we spend time on. Sorting out what we do and do not have time for. Also helping figurer out what sorts of positions are needed.
