-* I spend much of my "free" admin time working on documentation-type projects.  For example: going through every page in the HR Category on the wiki and cleaning up/updating them, overhauling the Staff Handbook, updating info/procedures for Laptops & Adoption Class, compiling fact/stat sheets.  I clean up Free Geek sometimes, especially the cafeteria & Laptops.
