Perpetual Meeting Calendar

Meetings occur as regular monthly events. (For example, a meeting will occur on the first and third Wednesday of the month, which is different than every other Wednesday.)

To use this, find the meetings you are looking for on the chart below. The day of the week is referenced at the top of each column. The time of the meeting is referenced at the beginning of each row, as is which occurrence of the weekday (i.e. the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, etc). In some cases the time varies slightly. See the notes below the chart for these exceptions.

Council and Board meet at 6:30 pm, not 7:00 pm
When Board and Council are on same night, Board starts after Council
Technocrats meetings happen at 1 pm
The 5th occurrence of a weekday may not happen on a given month.
  • (Items in parentheses may not happen every month.)
  • As always, pay attention to the schedule if you are a paid staff.
  • Also check the room use calendar
  • When scheduling new ongoing meetings, please remember that the third Tuesday is not always before the third Thursday. This depends on which weekday the month starts on. (The above chart is not an actual calendar for any given month.)
